Sessions are available to private clients and through funded supports such as NDIS, Victim Services, and WorkCover.

  • Ongoing Therapy

    Longer-term work for those wanting to explore deeper patterns, relationships, or parts of self. This space offers insight, meaning-making, and healing, helping you reconnect with who you are and how you want to move through the world.

  • Victim Services Counselling

    As an approved provider under the NSW Victim Support Scheme, I offer free counselling for individuals impacted by crime. These sessions gently support trauma processing, safety-building, and reclaiming of voice and self.

  • NDIS Counselling

    I’m a registered NDIS provider offering therapy under Improved Daily Living – Individual Counselling. Sessions are trauma-informed, strengths-based, and focused on emotional wellbeing, capacity-building, and personal growth for participants with psychosocial disability.

  • WorkCover Counselling

    If you’re recovering from a workplace injury or stress-related impact, I offer counselling as an approved WorkCover NSW, VIC, & SA provider. These sessions aim to support both emotional recovery and a sense of empowerment through the return-to-wellbeing process.

  • Telehealth Therapy

    All sessions are provided via secure telehealth, making therapy more accessible and flexible, no matter where you are. You may see different backgrounds in our sessions, but the care and presence remain constant wherever I, or you, maybe.
