Services

  • Counselling

Counselling helps to explore your current challenges in a supporting environment. The focus is on reducing concerns through developing goals to bring about change in the areas you want to focus on. Counselling also unpacks the emotions connected to these situational challenges. We draw, and build on your strengths, resilience, problem solving abilities and emotional regulation skills to improve your overall wellbeing and create a path for change. Counselling can be very effective in bringing about change for situational issues.

  • Therapy

Ongoing therapy delves a little deeper into why you may be experiencing ongoing challenges in your life and where you may notice repeated patterns arise. By further developing self-awareness, this process supports you in gaining better insight into your thoughts, behaviours, feelings, and story. This can encourage you to find understanding, meaning and a sense of self. Exploring at a deeper level helps you to take control back in your life and changes the way you respond to challenging situations in the future.

  • Telehealth

Telehealth services provide access to support and care from anywhere in Australia, or internationally. You can build a therapeutic relationship and gain all the benefits of therapy from the comfort of your own home. This is a flexible, easy, and accessible way to get help with the same level of connection and professionalism as in person. If you have questions around the process of online counselling, please reach out to discuss this further. You can also try teletherapy by booking a free 15 minute consultation.
