Collaborative. Curious. Attuned.
Therapy that honours your story.
Trauma-informed. Attachment-aware. Human first.
Tamara Bell | Clinical Counsellor
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
Healing isn’t a straight line — it’s a quiet unfolding.
And it begins here, one conversation at a time.
Counselling offers a place to talk through the thoughts, feelings, and experiences that may feel difficult to carry alone.
Through gentle reflection, we can begin to understand ourselves more deeply — and move toward living with greater presence, authenticity, and intention.

As a therapist, I’d describe my style as collaborative, curious, and genuine, always grounded in trauma-informed principles.
I work integratively, drawing from a range of approaches depending on what each person needs, with particular grounding in attachment-based and narrative therapy.
With over a decade of experience in human services and private practice, I’ve had the privilege of supporting hundreds of people through moments of pain, change, and growth. My own personal journey of healing continues to shape and enrich the way I show up in this work.
Outside the therapy room, I live a minimalist life with my husband Sam and our two beautiful dogs, Buddy and Skye. I find sanctuary in nature, love tiny homes, and often get lost in a good book. I’m an introverted extrovert who values quiet moments, good coffee, and meaningful connection.
